What does your role entail? 

Hayley has acted as a leader in teacher training, and assists in teacher training within her Academy, and supporting staff within the Federation. She is the lead consultant for PE trainees who will spend time with her during their subject days.

What are your credentials/experience to your current position? 

Hayley has progressed through the ranks at Harris Academy Greenwich, where she started as an NQT, and progressed through departmental positions, before qualifying as a lead practitioner. It is through this position she then began her role as the ITE subject lead for PE. 

What is the highlight of your role? 

Hayley has led numerous Federation training sessions, not only for beginner teachers but experienced teachers alike. These sessions have been across both Physical Education and Health and Social Care.
