Through her experience as the former lead for The Harris Academy Chafford Hundred Teaching School, Amanda had extensive experience in leading training and development. She has led and designed mentoring programmes for School Direct, PGCE and NQTs. As part of her current role, Amanda has coached mentors across the Federation and in a range of contexts with a view to increase capacity for school based mentoring.
